 JOB DESCRİPTİON

• Prepairing monthly and annually reports.
• Knowing international payment terms and preparing drafts
• Follow-up banking procedures and payments if needed.
• To make cost analysis for imported products.
• Working closely with custom brokerage companies, production planning, finance and related divisions.
• To follow the shipping processes to deliver the given orders on the requested time, to ensure that the orders arrive at the factory on time.
• Have basic accounting knowledge,
• In case it is needed with the supplier of goods/services for purchase contracts; make contract with suppliers for the preparation of the legal unit and provide the necessary coordination with the relevant technical departments to obtain necessary approvals, contract tracking, contract-related information periodically check contracts in coordination with relevant departments, if necessary, extend/finish/change the scope.
• To conduct supplier management related to the categories in which it is responsible (finding new / alternative suppliers, classification, working according to classification, evaluation, ensuring sustainability).

Qualifications

• University degree in related fields ( Business administration, foreign trade, logistics. machine eng. and related majors.
• Minimum 5-10 year experience in similar position
• Capable of seeing details and discrepancies
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Choose to know foreign trade regulations
• Strong MS Office skills
• Should be a good team player, self-motivated, strongly analytical and problem solving skills
• Active driving license-B class
• Preferably living in Gebze-İzmit-Kocaeli-Istanbul ( Goztepe-Maltepe-Tuzla-Pendik)
