QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
- Ensures the Quality Management System conforms with the respective standards, is well implemented and
working.
- Management of Standard Documents/Q-software: Share and distribution of new standards. Integration of local standard. Maintain and control local documents incl. changes. Local lead of software implementation projects
- Integrated Management System (IMS): Maintaining of Management system (IMS). Training of IMS within the plant. Support implementation of Quality tools and methods. Prepare management review Q. Coordinate reporting and monitoring of Q-KPIs
- Create and monitor Audit program as well as under supervision the management review including accomplishment of actions
- Maintenance, development and improvement of Quality Management System, Quality standards, processes and/or concepts within the plant
- In the plant contact person for all Quality system related activities
- May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices
Requirements:
- “Internal Auditor” necessary (min. ISO-9001 / VDA 6.3, optional: IATF-16949, ISO-13485)
- Technical knowledge in terms of Process Management, Quality management systems, standards & certifications (ISO9001, VDA6.3, optional: IATF16949) and methods (APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, Inspection Plan, PDCA, SPC, …), Project Management and Basics in Economics
- Knowledge of production sites/organization
- Knowledge in problem solving (Corrective a preventive action, 8D, 5 Why, A3 Report, Ishikawa, …)
- Knowledge in understanding specification sheets, customer requirements, technical drawings, measuring (e.g.: 3D, Accuracy of measurement equipment (e.g.: VDA 5, MSA)) and GPS (Geometrical product specifications)
- Experience in analysis of KPIs and trends
- Advanced training and moderation skills
- Local Language, English fluent
- IT skills such as SAP, Office, BW, SAC, ARIS, CAQ
- Team player and team goals contributor
- Excellent communication skills
