Be responsible for products and suppliers development and support on quality issues, make sure all orders handled timely and accurately, and assist Line Manager to achieve and reach the buying target and the clients’ request.

Our ranges of products include kitchens and bathrooms, appliances, storage, outdoor furnishings, garden supplies, ceramics, clothes, shoes, merchanical,….

1. Source corresponding products and suppliers upon market trends, buyer requirements and competitor activity.

2. Manage suppliers relationships and negotiate with suppliers on commercial terms to maximize cost savings.

3. Follow up orders from the beginning till the end and deal with all emergencies between buyers and suppliers.

4. Be responsible for factory audit, including system/process/preliminary ethic according to client’s requirements.

5. Carry out AQL inspection and perform pre - shipment inspection at manufacturing site if necessary.

6. Ensure all suppliers are compliant to client's ethics and standards.

7. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers for product development and production.

8. Provide value-added service to clients in an efficient and professional manner.

9. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Relevant Experience & Knowledge:

+   3 - 5 years  working experience in international trade.

+   Essential to have understanding and ability to converse in English language.

+   Good experience sourcing internationally is required.  

+   Knowledge and having a good relationship with factories and their products.

+   Require an experienced, self-motivated merchandiser with an engineering and hard goods background.

+   Knowledge of motor accessories would be helpful.

+   Metal working and finishing skills knowledge for motor bikes is required.

Basic Aptitude:

+ High sense of responsibility, self-motivated.

+ Engaging & influential communication/negotiation skill.

+ Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics.

+ Excellent team work and working well under pressure.

Basic Skills:

+ Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

+ Good command of written and oral English.

Special Requirement: Willing to travel if necessary.
