Plant Operation Manager - Essencis GmbH

Job Role: Responsible of all business management and supervising aspects technically, administratively and commercial.

Duties & Tasks:

- Business management and full accountability of business compliance with Turkish law, rules and regulation, and company policies & procedures.

- Business and processes development.

- Cost management and control

- Insure business continuity and sustainability.

- People management in a professional manner to achieve the business goals and operation objectives.

- Translation of company strategies in practical and doable plans.

- Manage and monitoring of all functions performance and its cooperation in order to insure of department objective achievement in line with overall business goals.

- Effective management of procurement division to insure resources supplies and production operations (raw material, inventory, finish product,..etc).

- Set and monitoring of purchasing needs plans in order to meet production target.

- Insure of product quality by effective management of quality department needs, targets, duties and people management.

- Supply chain duties that all related to procurement & logistics activities.

- Manage and control business projects.

- Working to insure business compliance with occupation health & safety and environment.

- Capital investment and project management duties.

- Introduce an Innovative & initiatives that reflect a high and solid experience in FMCG sector.

Profile:

- Degree in Business Management or Business Administration

- B.Sc. degree in food technology, chemical engineering or any other related specialty.

- At least 5-8 years of experience in FMCG (Flavors)
