To support our team in Istanbul  we are looking to recruit a Tax Expert.

Responsibilities:

•       Support tax manager in the calculation, control and declaration of monthly and annual tax returns and statements.
•        Improve the declaration process and shall prepare and fill or provide support on re-control of the declarations such as;

·         Corporate Income Tax Returns and preliminary assessments

·         VAT, WHT returns

·         CBC reports

·         Transfer Pricing documentation and notifications

·         Refund reports of domestic and foreign VAT

·         Tax Declarations, notifications and forms regarding international activities

•        Assist in managing communications in the group and with the tax administration, including tax investigations and tax litigation as well as processes providing day-to-day internal tax advisory activities on business operation matters
•       Provide solutions as an internal consultant on tax matters in possible queries, reviewing documents, contracts and calculations to ensure tax compliance as well as financial efficiency in sales related activities, guarding the fiscal interest of the company towards external parties.
•        Support related to tax audit processes.

Qualifications:

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant areas.
•       Knowledge and experience in tax field for minimum 3 years. Tax compliance, tax audit and corporate tax experience is preferable.
•       Professional knowledge of Financial and Tax Legislations of Türkiye
•       Knowledge and experience in International tax is beneficial
•       Excellent technical, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
•       Good command of English in both writing and speaking.
•       Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is preferable
•       CPA (SMMM) certification or at least internship is an asset
•       Big4 experience is preferable.
