Quality and HSE Manager

EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Quality and HSE Manager to support our growing local and international business in Quality & HSE Department.

• Bachelor's degree from a Reputable University in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• At least 7 years experience in a similar position
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
• Excellent knowledge of English is essential
• Very good command of Microsoft Office Applications
• Good at reporting and presentation skills
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills, team oriented
• Strategic minded,  commercial awareness and result oriented
• Active driver
• No restriction to travel
• Completion of military service for male candidates
• Resident in Asian part of Istanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze/Çayırova/Darıca)

İŞ TANIMI

• To ensure the creation and revision of the processes needed for the quality management system and implementation along with environmental, occupatioanal health and safety management systems.
• Working with the other departments to establish quality requirements for external and internal needs
• Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation
• Managing of Quality Control processes and inspection of production in various disciplines
• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
• Formulate strategic and long-term quality plans
• Developing the Quality Culture within the company
• Monitoring and working with Health and Safety Specialist and Environment on related processes.
• Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability regarding to Quality and HSE issues
• Supervising quality control team in carrying out tests and checks
• Reporting to General Manager
