QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Dydo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking forTrade Marketing Executive to be employed in its Istanbul office.


Job Description

You will be the one responsible for category management&campaigns&promotions of the category to maximize consumer loyalty and acquiring new consumers. Relationships with sales team, planning and product management will also be part of your duties.


·        Increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth

·        Analyze data or insights to determine channel/category specific consumer needs including consumer satisfaction

·        Plan all trade marketing activities and expenses and managing system processes

·        Define short and long-term development strategies by understanding the consumer journey

·        Liaise with sales&finance&supply chain teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities

·        Follow up market trends and opportunities to increase market share and

·        Evaluate & report competitors, market dynamics and trends,

·        Develop and execute category plans

·        Budget management with ROI mindset

·        Following up market trends and opportunities to increase market share and evaluating & reporting competitor companies, market analysis and trends,

·        Coordinate third party relations to provide research Company reports, analysis, written and visual materials,

·        Measuring and enhancing product & channel performance,

·        Plan distribution, visibility and in-store activities,

·        Visit field sales & warehouses

·        Analyzing user needs and preparing action project plans based on this analysis,

·        Preparing channel-based launch and consumer programs

Qualifications

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have

·        BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or related field

·        Proven experience in Sales, Category or Trade Marketing preferably in retail and/or FMCG categories (at least 2 yrs)

·        Demonstrated success in P&L; management, budget delivery and growth momentum.

·        Solid knowledge of category management

·        Exceptional communication skills are also key for this role especially with sales team

·        Fluency in English

·        Must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles.

·        Deep understanding of sales&consumer data as well as competitive analysis
