QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the management accounts and collecting financial information for analysis and planning purposes.
- Provide support to Finance for completion of internal and external audit/tax, reporting/government returns & local compliances
- Establish, maintain and ensure compliance to company policies, procedures and internal control system, to safeguard assets and operations
- Assist the management in ad-hoc project which requires financial input
- To ensure timely reporting of Financial Statements to HQ(Malaysia)
- Preparing and submitting regulatory documentation on timely manner
- Preparing Cash Flow of the Company, Daily bank transactions (Payments, Bank deposits etc.)
- Execution of e-invoice and e-ledger processes
