DOGO Tasarım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., established in Izmir in 2006, develops, produces, and markets design products. DOGO operates in 67 countries through retail and wholesale channels, including DOGO stores, franchise stores, regional distributorships, dogostore.com, and other e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant departments of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering

At least 7 years of experience in ready to wear and retail sectors, international and domestic business development, sales and marketing

Experience in international fairs and sales channels

Leadership qualities

Experience in planning, reporting, and organization

Teamwork skills

Fluent in English, preferably a second foreign language

Analytical thinking, effective problem-solving, work follow-up and conclusion skills

No travel restrictions.

Job Description

Develop business development strategies

Manage existing projects and/or develop new projects in line with the company's growth and business development strategies

Expand market and customer portfolio

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Develop new business areas and channels, generate new ideas and projects, and manage the process

Identify and report business opportunities to increase the market share of the company

Conduct preliminary research for targeted sales channels such as distributor, franchise, and wholesale.

Analyze investment opportunities and present studies such as feasibility, cost analysis, business plan, financing, and resource models to management

Manage the "on-boarding" processes of new sales channels agreed upon

Manage customer relations in all domestic and international sales operations

Ensure the continuity of the acquired sales channels, monitor KPI analysis, and report

Prepare and manage the annual budget of the department.
