REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate,

• Fluency in written and spoken English,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Ads account management and digital performance marketing,

• Able to perform multi-account management for different industries in both Turkish and English,

• Have strong knowledge about Display, Remarketing and Performance Max Ads,

• Google Local Services Ads knowledge is a plus,

• Social Media Ads knowledge is a plus,

• Capable of writing ad texts, creating ad content, able to design campaigns,

• Managing negative keywords to increase traffic value and ROAS centric quantity optimization,

• Setup and implement end-to-end tracking for Conversion optimization,

• Have a thorough understanding of Google Analytics and can perform analysis, optimization, reporting and installation processes from start to finish,

• Have basic knowledge about SEO and able to perform strategic keyword volume analysis,

• Good at using Turkish orthographic & spelling rules,

• Have experience with AI tools & prompt writing,

• Excellent MS Office skills,

• Good communication and interpersonal skills,

• Self-motivated and result oriented,

• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Management and optimization of Google Ads accounts,

• Management and reporting of advertising budgets,

• Regular control and optimization of performance indicators,

• Monitoring keywords and bids and making necessary changes on a regular basis,

• Management of Google Ads display network placements,

• Creating and managing campaigns and ad groups in line with the clients’ strategy,

• Creating a Google Ads Strategy for the clients,

• Preparing monthly and if necessary weekly reports for the clients.

• If you do not have any experience in E-commerce Google Ads account management because we don’t provide services to E-commerce customers.
