Qualifications

• 7+ professional experince directly designing and developing in a retail environment or adversiting agency
• Bachelor or masters degree
• Expertise in producing relevant deliverables including an online portfolio that demonstrates an unfailing advocacy fort he user, highlihting: detailed site maps, user flows-task flows, taxonomies-folksonomies, paths to purchase, wireframes, annotations, and prototypes that represent interaction recommendations,, etc.
• Strong skills in understanding of modern design processes, inckuding design tools like Sketch, Abstact, Invision, Framer, UXPin, and Cerative Suite
• Ability to conduct behavioral research(strategic and tactical) and faciliatate design thinking workshops with stakeholders

Responsibilities

•       Manage IoT projects and maintain great relationships with partner businessess
•       Lead and manageUX team and identify areas of improvement
•       Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets
•      Take a user – centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
•      Ability to work iteratively; develop ideas from sketches to prototypes
•      Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UX design strategy fort he brand
•      Producing hign quality UX design solutions through wire frames, visual graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and prototypes
•      Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs and widgets for our digital assets
•     Testing UI elements such as CTA’s, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows and target links for landing pages.
•     Collaboating with marketing team and internal and External designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user
•     Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
•     Adhering to style standarts on typography and graphic design
•     Interest in working towards owning a Project and the deliverables
•      Ability to work iteratively; develop ideas from sketches to prototypes
