· Having a BS degree from Business Administration and Economics and MA degree in DigitalMarketing is preferred,
· Good command of German and English,
· Minimum 6 years of experiencein Digital Marketing, E-Commerce,
· Analytic perspective, well organised, curious about Digital Marketing and E-Commerce.
· Good Communicator, open to development and learning new things.
Digital Marketing Qualifications:
· Understanding of online digital marketing funnel,
· Knowledge inMobile Apps and Customer Journey,
· Uncovering Insights through Statistical Analysis, Data Analysis, Competitive Analysis and Reporting,
· Knowledge in Strategic Planning and being active in SEO, SEM, Digital Channels Management,
· Management of Campaign Creation, Google Adwords, Affiliate, Social Media, Programmatic, Analytics and Digital Marketing Agency relations.
Digital Marketing Expert position is responsible for managing the digital marketing activities of our E-Commerce platform for the German market. Besides Turkish, the knowledge of German and English should be at a professional level.
· Creating campaign strategies in line with sales targets.
· Making customization and A / B tests on the website according to the visitors' actions and behaviors. Following the reports with the web analytics tools, taking necessary actions regarding the marketing channels and the website.
· Setting up, managing, measuring, optimizing and making necessary improvements to all Digital Marketing Channels,
· Making affiliate advertisements and conducting regular analyzes and meetings by working in cooperation with the German agencies.
· In order to increase customer loyalty, designing the process of sending e-mail to the right segment with the right frequency and with the right messages; preparing, sending and analyzing the e-mail brief,
· Determining and making performance monitoring by working in coordination with the German agencies.
