About You

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

• University degree from a reputable university preferably
• Preferably min. 1 year of marketing experience in FMCG companies
• Strong self-motivation & bias for action
• High level of consumer & customer focus
• Strong analytical thinking
• Problem solving & growth mindset
• Multitasking & high level of accountabiliy
• Be a good team player & have leadership skills
• Excellent communication in English

About The Job

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will have full accountability in defining brand's growth strategy including innovation, communication and in-market activations by assisting the brand manager.

In the context of your job, you will be directly responsible for the following :

• Ensure a clear & deep understanding of consumers & market
• Establish the brand's growth strategy & plans accordingly
• Drive excellent execution of the agreed support plan
• Lead innovation & renovation projects with the cross-functional team
• Proactively act on the brand performance and eager to identify new opportunities to drive additional growth
