About the Job

As Trade Marketing and Sales Operations Manager, you will play an important role in driving the company to its goals through defining strategies and plans to deliver channel growth, shopper, and customer requirements for Traditional Trade.

In the context of your job, you will report to Head of Go to Market and Business Strategy and be directly responsible for the following with the assistance of your direct reports:
• Creating and leading trade marketing (Traditional Trade) strategies and communicating this to the marketing/sales teams leading category development projects
• Support the development of effective category strategies
• Work with functional departments to create and implement tailored recommendations for the channel's specific needs
• Closely monitor the financial performance of the categories and find out further opportunities to strengthen business growth, as well as control of annual budgets
• Ensure strong plans in Traditional Trade KPI's that are in place and well-executed
• Follow up the execution of the commercial investments for better return of investment
• Closely track and analyze promotion / POS effectiveness and provide measures accordingly
• Implement NPD positioning and launches in the field, answering the needs of customers
• Monitor strategies to improve sales efficiency and result to reach the growth target
• Manage distributor PL and lead best execution strategies for efficient RTM models
• Lead all sales operations and develop sales support activities (hardware, system, data management, etc.

About You

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

• Min 4-5 years experience in Trade Marketing management in FMCG, channel/customer management experience will be an asset
• Strong people management experience and leadership skills with a vision to inspire and influence those around you
• Strong change management perspective to manage processes and build-up and review as well as implementations
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• High leadership skills to manage the team, peers & subordinates effectively
• Ambition to drive and create successful results
• Result-oriented business focus through commitment and enthusiasm
