As we continue to develop Consumer Products Services activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organisation as  Human Resources Manager. The position is located within our Istanbul, Bağcılar office in Türkiye.


 Job Mission: 

·       Supervise Recruitment process and advise innovative methods of recruitment and continuous process improvement.

·       Assist the BU’s by sourcing the most suitable resumes matching the job description to ensure timely closure of the open positions.

·       To monitor HR KPIs with respect to recruitment on monthly basis and advise management on deviations from time to time.

·       Plan and co-ordinate all Induction training and various other employee training initiatives.

·       Responsible to implement and maintain HRIS in the company with accuracy in data related to employees.

·       To assist CCE and Director-HR-MER in PMP process for timely completion as per HO guidelines.

·       Assist Management in operating country for HR projects such as talent identification and acquisition, Leadership review, HR policies and any other project as per guidelines from HO.

·       Employment processes and record management at transactional level such as employee creation in database, confirmation, separation, employee time and absence etc.

·       Timely submissions of all regional reports with data accuracy.

·       Coordinate with Local and Regional Management to identify training and development needs for employees and organise local training initiatives to bridge gaps, if any, in co-ordination with CCE and Director-HR-MER within budget guidelines.

·       Ensure 100% compliance with respect to entire HR function.

·       Manage and address all employee grievances within the country.

·       Increase retention percentage within the entity.

·       Accurate and timely management towards processing payroll.

·       Ensure complete compliance towards government regulations including employee labor law, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

·       Periodic implementation of employee engagement activities which are in line with the regional HR guideline.

·       Manage teams of Admin and HR support within local offices.

·       Partner with the business and will work closely with CCE and MER region to achieve financial and business objectives.

·       Advise on HR regulations within the entity on decisions relating to employment of staff.

 

Functional Requirements:

·       Graduate in any discipline, Prefer MBA in HR

·       Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in core HR activities in any industry.

·       Hands on experience in various HR processes such as recruitment, employee training and development and MIS generation.

·       Knowledge on HRIS will be preferred.

·       Excellent interpersonal skills

·       Good leadership abilities and skills.

·       Team Management.

·       Should have a pleasing personality.

·       Good communication and presentation skills.

·       Good knowledge in basic computer skills (includes MS Office).
