We are looking for a “Internal Audit Specialist” for our Journey.

What should you have before you hit the road?

·       I have a bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Science and Technology Management, Engineering or relevant field

·       I have minimum 3 years of experience in business, consultancy, internal control, or audit in manufacturing organizations (BIG 4 experience is also welcomed)

·       I have broad understanding of the risks and control principles, knowledge in risk management and audit/review processes

·       I have certificates such as; Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

·       I have literacy of control frameworks (COSO, COBIT etc.)

·       I have proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, related laws, rules, and regulations

·       I have good understanding of IFRS and CMB know-how

·       I have in-depth knowledge of finance and accounting

·       I am proficient in MS Office, and SAP (ERP Program)

·       I have experience in audit & data analytics tools

·       I am a cross functional team player with analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, customer-centric skills

·       I can start my own journey with my excellent written and communication skills in English

·       I am ready to take on new adventures with my open-minded, enthusiastic and observer character.

What will you encounter on the journey?

You will be reporting to Internal Audit Manager

You will be fully responsible for performing operational, financial and compliance audits in accordance with the annual audit plan in compliance with International Internal Auditing Standards

You will be performing the audit fieldwork with effective decision making along with conclusions

You will be examining and developing operating practices, risk management process and internal control process of the company

You will be reviewing effectiveness and sufficiency of internal controls including the policies and procedures and identify risky areas

You will bereviewing business processes continuously to ensure adherence with legal and regulatory standards and any legislation changes

You will be performing follow up activities to ensure that the action plans related with recommendations are implemented in a timely manner and effectively

You will be maintaining an up to date understanding of IFRS and CMB requirements; audit techniques and standards; professional codes; Company’s business, operational process, and market knowledge

You will be creating and implementing queries by utilizing data analytics tools and visualizing the query results

You will be making research, designing and conducting projects related with advisory services requested by the management
