Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Plant Logistics Engineer

Your contribution to something big:

·       Design and implementation of physical and system material flow from source (warehouse and sub-assemblies) to points of use:

• Designing material flow paths and frequency
• Logistics operators’ standardized work  and work instructions
• On-the-job trainings of operators
• Material ordering process from warehouse to production
• Material master data maintenance
• Barcode scanning and RFID systems

·       Planning of material handling equipment

·       Daily shopfloor support on material flow issues

·       Leading continuous improvement (CIP) activities

·       Closely follow new technologies, pursue opportunities for cost reduction utilizing logistics automation systems,

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Min. 3 years of plant shopfloor experience
• Advanced level of English
• Strong motivation to work on the shopfloor
• Eager to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset
• Good knowledge on MS Office programs
• Interest in logistics automation systems and experience on Excel macro, MS Access and Power BI is preferred
