We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Event Management Expert

Your contribution to something big:

• Facilitating communication between business units to understand their event needs and objectives, discussing event details, and ensuring internal satisfaction
• Contributing ideas and concepts that align with the company's brand and goals
• Planning and organizing business and internal events together with event sponsors&owners incl. scheduling, venue selection, logistics etc.
• Defining the technical requirements for events, including equipment, seating arrangements, venue specifics, etc. in collaboration with business units
• Coordinating event agency and external vendors, working closely with the purchasing department to ensure the technical specifications align with the tender process
• Collaborating on budget follow-up for different events while ensuring the technical aspects fit within the financial framework
• Offering support during event execution to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Addressing any issues that arise during the planning and execution of event, making quick and effective decisions to ensure events' success.
• Promoting events & evaluation of event satisfaction

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Bachelors Degree in in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in in event planning or management,
• Having strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and details simultaneously, ensuring everything aligns with the event's objectives
• Excellent verbal and written Turkish and English communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and work with vendors, contractors, and other parties to secure the best deals and services for the event
• Having problem solving abilities such as quick thinking and the capacity to resolve unexpected issues, having solution oriented approach
• Being meticulous in planning and executing events to ensure all elements come together seamlessly
• Able to adapt to the dynamic nature of event management
