As Arçelik-LG Klima San. ve Tic. A.Ş family, we are looking for a Industrial Engineer who will work in Production Engineering Department.

• Graduation from engineering departments.
• Possessing a minimum of 2 years of experience in production.
• Demonstrating advanced proficiency in English.
• Adept user of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Embracing a commitment to continuous improvement with high motivation for learning.
• Maintaining a perspective that encompasses various dimensions.
• Exhibiting strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Demonstrating competence in problem-solving.
• Absence of restrictions on domestic and international travel.

What do we expect from you?

• Working in an environment where an agile approach is adopted
• Taking part in projects that will build a more efficient future for the factory by using digital tools
• Managing resource requirement studies to achieve the budgeted output for the facility
• Designing digital reports and analyzing data to simulate plant output capabilities for different scenarios
• Developing new alternatives to ensure operational efficiency in the factory and increasing the efficiency of new machinery and equipment by using method engineering tools in facility layout.
• To take part in projects where 3rd party start-up cooperation is required.
• Ensure the completion of production on time and in full by utilizing resources most effectively.
• Lead or take an active role in production efficiency projects.
