QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for Brand Manager (Pharmacy) for Balparmak brands in our dynamic Marketing team. 

  • Graduate with a bachelor’s degree; Preferably Marketing, Management or Pharmacy
  • Minimum experience in marketing of 6 years, at least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role in a Pharmaceutical industry preferably some experience in handling OTC brands
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
  • Strong influencing skills, interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial flair that enables calculated risk taking/creative, out of the box thinking
  • Strong marketing, commercial and New Product Development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing communication mediums, including digital and social media
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

 

Job Description

  • Develops new concepts and approaches for consumer advertising and promotional plans. 
  • Managing portfolio range for SKU and brand efficiency, including SKU rationalization and product lifecycle management.
  • Manage the innovation pipeline for the portfolios to deliver product innovation aligned with the brand strategy and consumer insights.
  • Project management of innovation with cross functional teams - Development and management of current and new product with regulatory, supply chain and agencies
  • Develop marketing and strategic plans and budgets in conjunction with the Marketing Director (including innovation, communications, advertising and other activities).
  • Establishes partnerships with medical societies, opinion leaders, consumers, endorsers and customers. Considered expert in field within the organization. 
  • Review and recommend on business processes and reporting.
  • Identifying trends and insights which can lead to new initiatives and growth.
  • Review and analyze research and shopper data to drive opportunity identification, deliver key strategic insight projects, develop and manage instore and on shelf strategies at the retail level.
  • Collaborating with Sales to set promotional initiatives in-market.
