Requirements :

• LTA Level 2 or above (PTR, DCA or Turkish equivalent also accepted)

• Valid first aid certificate

Skills & Abilities

• Good standard of playing tennis

• Re-string and re-grip rackets desired

• Infectious enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills

• Present a ‘can do’ attitude that inspires and motivates those around you

• Team player, thriving in a collaborative environment

• Calm and friendly demeanour

• Demonstrate professionalism and a strong commitment to safety 

• Organised, flexible and proactive

• Good problem solving

• High level of English

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver group and private adult and child lessons

• Coach weekly drill sessions & umpire weekly tournaments

• Support the day-to-day running of the tennis centre

• Follow the Mark Warner standard operating procedures

• Maintain an excellent standard of customer service

Additional Duties

• Office duties including court bookings and paperwork

• Assist with maintenance of tennis courts and equipment

• Ensure a high level of safety for all users of the tennis centre

• Promote the tennis programme in resort and actively involve guests

• Ensure the appearance of the tennis centre is smart, tidy and professional

• Remain flexible to provide guests the lessons they want, and when around other activities

• Work to promote additional revenue activities, and limit costs where possible

• Extra duties around resort where needed

• Assist with the general operation of the waterfront and resort
