We are looking for a Marketing Manager for Marketing Department which is in İstanbul Office of our company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from Science Faculties, Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculties or Engineering Faculties, preferably have a master's degree in Business or Marketing
• At least 10 years marketing experience with 3 years managerial experience in similar sectors
• Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, coordination, communication, and coaching skills
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn
• Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• No travel restriction
• Having B type driving license and active driver
• Resident or able to reside in İstanbul

Job Description

• Design action strategies for the consistent and continuous development and realization of the company's market share and product range,
• To determine cost analysis methods that will be the basic input to pricing strategies and to coordinate effective pricing management activities with the team and all relevant units,
• Contributing to revenue with all marketing activities that will increase company and brand awareness,
• Provide short- and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to sales and assist business development to reach B2B and B2C targets,
• Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging,
• Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization,
• Working closely with the sales and R&D team to create demand generation plans to gain market share in the selected industries,
• Creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing communication and public relation program that will enhance the company’s image and position within the marketplace,
• Facilitate external communications, produce materials including publications, handle media relations and develop client acquisition and so forth.
