Job Description

• Updating Salesforce force forecast data daily, entering 2021 AOP, updating po coverage etc
• Creating customer service sales orders for SW, royalties, etc
• Creating purchase orders for the other departments and investments, follow up their approval, and share with the requestor
• Entering serial list into the database for the shipments
• Organizing samples deliveries and follow sample stocks, and update file for the PMs regularly
• Updating U/P in the ERP system
• Support on documentation and daily operation
• Assist on reporting
• Leading a project with IT for updating Serial Manager and Internal Request
• Updating products purchase orders if needed

Qualifications

• 4rd year undergraduate or master student in relevant disciplines
• To start immediately and available to work 3 days per week
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications is a plus
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
