We are looking for a Category Development and E-Commerce Manager who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!

How do we portray the ideal candidate?

• Graduated from relevant engineering or business departments of universities,
• Preferably minimum 10-12 years of experience in relevant roles,
• Excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and proactivity
• Excellent communication skills both in English & Turkish
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Excellent time-management, organization and self-motivation skills
• Multitask, Organized, capable to prioritize demands
• Analytical and creative.
• Excellent time-management, organization and self-motivation skills
• Experienced in P&L management and commercial know-how from a marketing perspective.
• Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders such as sales and commercial marketing, as well as with external stakeholders including sales, finance, procurement, and supply chain.
• Experience working in commercial-oriented companies involved in production such as FMCG, durable consumer goods, is preferred.

What will you be doing as a Category Development and E-Commerce Managerat Adel?

• Develop and implement category development strategies to drive growth and market share.
• Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to stay informed.
• Collaborate with product development teams to create and launch new products based on consumer insights.
• Lead the category development team, providing guidance and direction on strategy implementation.
• Present category development plans and insights to senior management for approval.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement e-commerce strategies.
• Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competition to develop strategic recommendations.
