 We are looking for a Turkey Service Engineer in charge of diesel generators and commercial vehicle engine service in Turkey. The job is offered by Weichai Turkey, which is one of Weichai’s overseas trading companies. Based in Istanbul, Turkey. The work details of the service engineer will be reported to the service manager, and the General Manager will be responsible for the final evaluation of the work.

Meanwhile, our team includes experts from Weichai Group and many local staffs, ensuring to bring the most perfect service to customers.

Job description:

We are looking for a service engineer in Turkey to be responsible for Weichai and Baudouin's engine after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities::

1. Responsible for the service support of overseas Weichai engine-related products;

2. Responsible for researching product demand, customer information, and competitor information in the jurisdiction, responsible for maintaining customer relationships;

3. Complete the company's training and learning requirements and provide training to customers and service stations;

4. Responsible for service channel management and service network construction within the jurisdiction, etc;

5. Oversee the timely submission of service claims, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and completed within the required deadlines.

Requirements::

1. Bachelor degree or above; Mechanical or electrical majors are preferred;

2. Familiar with the basic structure and working principle of the engine.

3. At least 2 years of diesel engine repair experience;

4. Preference for candidates with a deep understanding of electronic control systems.

5. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service.

6. Ability to handle emergency situations and problem-solving skills flexibly.

7. Turkish native speaker & fluent English or Chinese; 

8. Experienced in using office software especially Excel, PPT, etc.
