Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and conducting check-in procedures.
• Responding to reservation inquiries via phone and email.
• Providing effective communication to answer guest questions and fulfill their needs.
• Addressing guest complaints and demonstrating a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure guests receive the best service possible.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health management or a related field is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the health tourism sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is essential (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Excellent communication abilities coupled with a warm and patient attitude.
