We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Night Manager to join our team.

Job Description

• Serves as the property Manager on Duty and directs all property operations during the overnight shift.
  
• Verifies that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift.
• Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation.
• Personally, assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Superiors.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor degree in Tourism Hotel Management
• 5 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area and 1+ year supervisory experience in related position is required.
• Fluent level of English language is required to carry out the work and follow any developments related to the job.
• Advanced skills in various computer software and Opera knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, cooperate and relate well with all departments within the hotel, guests, and all external companies.
• Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
