Engineering and R&D Director

As an Engineering and R&D Director, you will make the Instrument Transformers and Disconnecting Switch designs, interpret to prepare the technical schedules and calculate the cost of transformer in order to global standarts and customer request.

Job Description

·       Examination of the customer specifications and preparation of preliminary designs in the proposal stage.

·       Preparing the guarantied technical schedules/drawings and calculating cost of transformers & disconnetors.

·       Preparing technical approval documents after purchase order.

·       Preparing final design of transformer.

·       Preparing material list and detailed production sheets for each design.

·       Providing technical support to sales, production and after sales.

·       Contribute the design and production developments.

·       Monitoring of produciton & test results and evaluating based on design values.

Required

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electonics or Electrical Engineering

·       At least 10 years of work experience in engineering field.

·       Technical knowledge of electrical design especially transformer design.

·       Strong project-management skills.

·       Good command of written and spoken English,

·       Advanced level knowledge of MS Office programs

·       Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.

·       Ability to work internationally, culturally diverse and matrix-based organization.

·       Capable of working independently as well as within a team.

·       Already based or to be based in Ankara

·       Have no restriction to travel and stay abroad

·       No military obligation for male candidates.
