Duties & Responsibilites:

• To handle guests’ luggage upon their arrival and departure, orientate guests to their rooms
• To make sure all requests are achieved ethically and to accept standards of the hotel
• To fulfil all guest requests in regard to all matters.
• To provide delivery, collection and storage service for in-house guests’ luggage and mail.
• To proceed valet park service of cars for all guests when necessary
• To be aware of and abide by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislation
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Warm and caring personality; previous bell attendant experience is an asset.
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
• Working proficiency in English language
